After reading yesterday’s headline about Obama’s martial law, I didn’t think there could be anything more outrageous, but here it is: Navy Seals trial moved to Iraq-at the American Thinker.

Synopsis: In Vietnam a group of Marines accept a mission to enter into neighboring Cambodia to pick up a defecting Russian General. Once across the border, a Russian officer not willing to let the general go so easily complicates the rescue when he pursues the group with Soviet Commando troops, and gives the Marines a little more trouble than they bargained for.
After a barrage of Hollywood films that have portrayed the American Soldier in a negative light, Jack Marino decided it was time to make a film that reveals the true nature of the military. The troops in Vietnam consisted of fathers, brothers, husbands, and sons. Each one of them were brothers in arms in that foreign land, with all of the same real emotions that one would expect them to have.
Jack Marino’s theatrical thank you to our forgotten heroes begins with a meeting near the Vietnam Memorial in Washington DC. The pair of old friends reminisce, and send us back to a time when war in Vietnam was still a reality.

Harold Pouyadou, 89, shown Friday, is a Pearl Harbor survivor. Pouyadou was a sailor stationed on Ford Island at Pearl Harbor the day the Japanese airplanes bombed the island.

Our national media will not report that three Navy SEALs are being prosecuted for capturing a terrorist. The terrorist claims he was punched after he was captured. Almost no one besides Fox News is on it.

Living in Pennsylvania’s 14th Congressional District I often get mailers of one of the left’s more spineless liberals – Congressman Mike Doyle. Mr. Doyle loves big government and is a proponent of continued socialist programs like Medicare and Social Security and if he was a little more vocal on the floor of the Congress he might be as well known for his insane ramblings as Rep. John Murtha is.
Frustrated by the lack of action to overturn the “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy, Democrats in Congress are calling for at least temporary immunity so gay service members can testify at the Capitol about their experiences. Rep. Alcee L. Hastings, Florida Democrat, introduced a bill this week to grant immunity to troops who otherwise would run afoul of the policy, which bans gays and lesbians from serving openly in the military.
