CLIMATEGATE emails weren’t hacked or stolen

Where is the evidence that the emails were hacked or stolen? They were collected in response to a Freedom of Information (FOIA) request. They are lying to us AGAIN…and Barbara Boxer should have her head examined. If anyone is guilty of FRAUD and lying and criminal behavior, it’s the politicians who will pay no consquences for setting these dreadful public policies.

Steve Milloy:

there is no evidence of any hacking or theft of the e-mails. They were collected in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request and were then stored on a public server — inadvertently or not. Info stored on a public server is legally available to the public.

Revkin, at the New York Times, is a water-carrying Climate Change Global Warming enthusiast and has a conflict of interest because he was not only mentioned in the climategate emails, he was depended upon by the pseudo scientists to help them perpetrate their FRAUD.

Revkin, as Milloy notes here- is not a scientist — he is a climate activist masquerading as a reporter.
